Bradbury’s Bakery and Restaurants of Athy, Co. Kildare have been in the food and catering business since the 1930’s and have been providing School Meals to Primary Schools across Leinster for the past 15 years.
Michael Bradbury, originally from Athy and now living in Galway for many years, and his brother-in-law, Cathal Connolly are now developing a Western Hub for the production and distribution of Hot School Meals for Galway and the Greater Connacht Area.
Michael and Cathal, both Graduates of the University of Limerick, have extensive experience in the food catering industry. Cathal Connolly is the founder and operator of the very successful “Grind” Café/Restaurants located in Merchant’s Road, Galway and the Briarhill Shopping Centre.
